1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, "399 days", "we", or "our" refers to the organisation operating this platform. "Member", "user", or "you" refers to any person who has created an account or is using the service on this site. "Account" refers to the personal profile a member creates through registration, through which all platform features can be accessed. "Balance" refers to the amount of funds held in an account, consisting of deposits, winnings, and applicable bonuses.

2 Eligibility to Use the Service

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on 399 days, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Only one account may be opened per mobile number or email address. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and the associated balances forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before a withdrawal, or after a certain volume of transactions, 399 days may request government-issued documents such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence. The withdrawal process may be paused until identity verification is completed.

5 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

399 days offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wager requirement will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

In addition, weekly deposit rewards, a Friday special gift, extra benefits for slots players, a birthday gift from 399 days, and a refer-a-friend bonus are also available — separate wagering requirements apply to each of these promotions. Each bonus has its own wagering rate and validity period.

Each bonus may only be claimed once (unless stated otherwise). If bonus terms are violated or fraud is suspected, 399 days reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 VIP Programme and Cashback

The 399 days VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit, calculated as a fixed percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

VIP tiers advance based on regular active play. 399 days sets the specific criteria for tier changes and reserves the right to revise them as needed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening multiple accounts or operating more than one account within the same household.
• Placing opposing bets to bypass bonus terms (arbitrage betting).
• Using fraudulent, counterfeit, or stolen payment methods.
• Hacking the platform's software, using bots, or engaging in any other technical manipulation.
• Threatening, harassing, or sending harmful messages to other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Registering with false information or concealing your identity.

8 Gaming Policy and Fairness

All games on 399 days are operated through the software of trusted and tested technology providers — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and verifiable.

11.2 Account Closure by the Member

12 Limitation of Liability
